POLICIES & PROCEDURES

SAFETY

Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. Prior to receiving your service, please inform us of any medical conditions including pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, sun exposure, disabilities, or illnesses. Talking with your technician will help customize your service to ensure your maximum safety and benefit.

SCHEDULING

We recommend that you schedule your next service before leaving the spa. A reservation fee of $50 for clients who have not brought prepaid packages is REQUIRED. Consultations also require a $50 deposit that will, in turn, go toward the treatment.

TEENS

Clients under 18 years old must present written permission from their parent or guardian prior to their first spa service. Clients under 15 years old must have a parent or guardian present at all times.

GRATUITY

Gratuities are not included in your total purchase amount. It is common practice to tip 15%–20% of the original service price (for packages, this would be the single session amount). Please feel free to extend a gratuity as a result of your spa experience, they are greatly appreciated. Gratuities are accepted in the form of cash, Venmo, or Cash App. You can tip through our website here.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Sorella has a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. If you cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours notice, you will not be charged additionally but your deposit will not be refunded. Any appointments rescheduled or cancelled same day, will be charged 50% of the service cancelled or rescheduled in addition to the deposit. To avoid this from happening please reschedule/cancel your appointment when the confirmation text/email/call is done 48 and 24 hours prior to your appointment.

NO SHOWS

Failure to notify us that you will be missing your appointment is considered a no show even if you call but your appointment has already started. Any no shows will be charged 100% of the service after 30 mins time.

PUNCTUALITY

Communication is key when it comes to scheduling. Please notify us if you will be running late at least an hour prior to your appointment start time. If you are more than 15 minutes late we cannot guarantee that your service will be performed that day which may result in rescheduling your appointment for another day. If you arrive late and still want to be serviced \we can only do what we can for the remainder of the appointment.

ALLERGIC REACTIONS

We do not offer refunds in the event of a reaction but will use our expertise to help in anyway that we can. If you are reacting to lash extensions, a removal will be provided completely complimentary. Reactions are unfortunately out of our control as it varies from person to person.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds on services or products. If you have any concerns with the service you received please notify us immediately. All services purchased will expire 1 year after first session is redeemed. Gift cards expire one year after purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your lash extensions we offer a one time complimentary follow up appointment that is limited to 60 minutes. One time complimentary follow up appointments must be made within 48 hours of the initial appointment.

NO VISITORS

Due to liability concerns and the nature of our services we do not allow children or visitors not receiving services into the salon during a service.

PRIVACY POLICY

Sorella Lash and Beauty respects your privacy and is committed to protecting and securely managing all of the personal information that you choose to share with us. In person, over the phone, or during your online visit, you may be required to share personally identifiable information, such as your first and last name, physical address, telephone number, or e-mail address. We collect this information in order to facilitate the delivery of services and/or the completion of an order. Sorella Lash and Beauty will not sell, share, or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties.
